Hi Christop, It seems the only app I have is named `Device Help`, not one named `Tips & Help`, is there anyway to download the Tips & Help app from anywhere?

When I swipe up -> down on my phone I get a view of all my notifications. This screen is kind of "blah". Grayscale, lots of blacks/whites. Is there anyway to add some "pop" to this? Make it look better? Where should I start researching for customizing this view?
