    So I was using my phone about 20 minutes ago (battery was at about 65%), just tried to use it and it won't respond to the 'wake-up' (on/off) button. Can't get it to do anything. Any ideas?

    So Android forced an OS update onto my One Mini 2, it drained the battery to 1%, and now it won't charge. Anyone got any suggestions? I'm absolutely furious and desperate. :(

    I've got the HTC One Mini 2, you've got questions...

    Just got an HTC One Mini 2 - can you tell me what a weird little icon is that's at the top of my home screen next to the battery indicator - it looks like a letter N. Just curious in case it's something that'll eat up the battery. Cheers.
