I took my Nexus 7 to the UK in Sept. It worked great. Plus if you have a Google Voice account and an app that uses it (i. e. GrooveIP) you can make free (right now anyway) phone calls to land lines in the US and Canada. Sent from my Nexus 7 using Android Central Forums

You can make calls from your nexus7 with google voice but you need another app to do so. I've been using GrooVe IP Lite from google play. It word great!

Received mine after ordering it from Play. It seemed perfect until I tried plugging in ear phones. The plug didn't sit well in the audio jack, no sound in the ear phones, and the speaker did not shut off. Tried several different plugs and pushed in as hard as I dare...no luck. Had to send it...

This seems to work but when I swipe I go from the first tab to the last. Smaller 'swipes' didn't work at all. :-\
