Fixed. Go to messages/mms messages then install all your carrier mms settings that you were originally sent when you first set up your phone, once you've installed them simply delete the messages.. Job done 👍

It's my daughters phone, I've tried several different keyboards without success, I'll let you know how I get on.

My daughter is unable to send emoji's on her Moto g through texting, she's running android 4.4.4. Does anybody have any ideas ? Cheers Steve
