Mate 20 Pro pictures comes out blurry

Yes I noticed the blurry pictures on mine. It's possible the lens are very sensitive to smudges etc on the lens cover on the back. At least that was my issue. I'm on EMUI 10 and it makes no difference.

    Mediapad M5 Lite 10"

I have recently purchased the 4Gb/64Gb version in the UK. I am pleased with the features and performance of the tablet but a bit surprised and disappointed that it is still on EMUI 8. Does anybody know if the Lite version is going to get an EMUI upgrade?

    Emui 10 landed

I got mine on Mate 20 Pro two weeks ago from Three UK. I was surprised since Huawei stated the Mate 20 Pro would start getting EMUI 10 in the UK from February 2020.

Why is my LG G3 boot looping to a blue screen?

Last week or so the touchscreen kept freezing, usually after a bit of use (i.e. the processor warming up). Anyway, did a bit more research and somebody suggested putting an old micro SIM card underneath the motherboard directly under the black processor chip. To be honest a bit of an old plastic...

Why is my LG G3 boot looping to a blue screen?

Well after 3 months my G3 died again (the day after I accidentally dropped it onto a hard surface - no visible damage). Again I stripped it down to the motherboard and this time baked it in the oven at 200C for 3 mins, (3 months ago I baked it at 180C). Anyway, re-assembled and it now working...

Why is my LG G3 boot looping to a blue screen?

My wife's G3 died a week ago (bootloop issue) so she got a G6 which she loves. As an electronics engineer I decided to see if I could do a quick and dirty repair before binning it. I stripped the phone down to the motherboard, stuck the board in the oven for 3 mins at 180C, reassembled it and it...

    Replacement battery for G5

Hi I'm in the UK and I want a genuine OEM replacement battery. Looked at Amazon and those on offer look suspicious. Anybody got any suggestions or recommendations?

    LG G3 Bootloop

Don't know if this helps but my G3 started acting up a few weeks ago. High current drain from the battery, odd messages popping up and major instability. Turned out the SD card had somehow corrupted itself. Stuck a new one in and everything went back to normal.

Vodafone UK - April Software Update

My phone is unlocked on Three. All Three phones are sold unlocked. On the LG update link I put up earlier it's under Hutchinson UK. So technically it's a branded phone that's sold unlocked.

Vodafone UK - April Software Update

Finally got the update OTA. Took 4 hours to download on a 70Mb WiFi. Doesn't say much for LG's servers. Anyway received v7.0 (v20e) and security update 1 March 2017. Can't comment on performance.

Vodafone UK - April Software Update

LG Bridge has just informed me there are two updates for my unlocked H850 in UK. Keeps failing after the preparation stage though. So perhaps its finally on its way.

Android security patches, where are for G5? (not SE version)

Yes me too probably. I used to have Nexus devices moved to G3 then to G5. I might think of going back to Google with the Pixel devices. However, I'll hang fire for a bit longer.

Android security patches, where are for G5? (not SE version)

When I spoke to LG UK support yesterday the customer service rep allegedly spoke to the tech team and he was told that there were no updates, security or v7 at this stage and they could not confirm that there would be any further updates or not. So clearly they are not in the loop with regard to...
