Have you considered that maybe it's the battery that's the problem?!?

DO NOT put anything in MCC or MNC! The other settings are the only ones you should have to change! If it's not saving the APN at all, well, that I can't help you with other than to say call Samsung and start a trouble ticket! The should take it in for repairs under warranty if it's still covered.

Has anyone else done this? I have an Unrooted Samsung Infuse. The Straight Talk operator I spoke to first said I needed an unlocked phone to make the switch, but then backtracked and said I just needed to have access to my phones APN settings (Which I do).
