Thanks, I've already tried safe mode repeatedly. On a couple of occasions wifi came on, but not on most occasions. How do I find out about the 'secret codes' for Motorola?

I have a Motorola G84 purchased in October. It was working well until about a week ago, but now will not connect to wifi, even when I restart it in safe mode. When I click to turn wifi on, it switches itself off again after a few seconds. Does not find any networks, including my home network...
