MY rooted evo v is caught in a loop. It starts up (animated ) and then stops . It says "android is upgrading" starting applications. Waits 5 seconds and then starts the animation again. It won't connect to my PC when connected via usb cable. How can I get out of this loop. BTW, it was...

Some more info ). WHen I start wifi tether the log shows 2 errors.(1 ) "Loading WIFI driver: failed (2) "Configuring softap": failed Also there are no measures of input and output at the bottom of the main screen.
