I checked with outer verizon customers but they had no problems. Verizon will replace our phones for new N3s which I will do after a few months wait with the expectation that Samsung may fix some hardware issues that may make a difference. But bottom line is I'll live with the inconvieneces...

the Verizon tech went out there - I gave them the address, and the guy called me to say he didn't find anything wrong with the tower. I agree with you that the tower is part of it, but why is it a problem for only n3? Wouldn't that make it more of a problem with the n3?

Here's my mystery on n3 - in one area of about 1/4 mile (I need for work) I get 4 LTE bars and 86dbm but absolutely no phone service (data is ok). Other verizon customers get fine service. My wife's n3 has the same issue. Verizon can't figure it out. Any ideas?
