I've been trying to find out the same about the steel strap and got a similar response from Sony when I emailed them. I did come across a couple of tweets from Sony uk and they were saying early May for the steel strap but no mention of the holder. Keeping my fingers crossed this is correct...

I would like to know this also. Have tried contacting Sony and had no response. When it was announced originally they said it would be released to purchase separately in early spring, along with the holder thingy for attaching normal straps but since then its all gone quiet. Posted via the...
