That's good news, so I changed that setting this morning. Have you looked at under Android System , so see what's running? I find it odd to see that "camera" has run for 22 seconds, out of the 2 hours my phone has been unplugged. I have not used the camera. Posted via the Android Central App

My shiny new S7 from Verizon changed. What time zone are you in? There used to be confusion with devices in northeastern Indiana, as this area did not recognize DST. But we have emeged from the dark ages (pun intended) several years ago. Choose Cruz!

If using the Samsung (stock) messages app, click More (top right), Settings, Notification, then bottom item is Preview message (says " shows preview of new message on lock screen") . Mine is turned on, and it works. Choose Cruz!
