How do I do that. remember I can't boot device.

I updated my nexus 7 last night but it froze 1/3 of the way through. I waited 2 hours and still nothing. i reset with pressing power and both volume buttons. It shut off and now I cant get it to boot again. What Can I Do?

Tried to update my nexus 7 and it froze about 1/3 of the way. Waited for 2 hours still nothing. Then I reset it by pressing power and both up and down volume and now I cant get it to boot anymore.

My Nexus 7 worked great. Never had a problem with charging or anything else. Now when I updated to Android 4.4 it froze when about 1/3 done. I left it for about 2 hours, still nothing. So i did what i found by searching online and pressed Power with both up and down buttons. Now it doesny boot...
