It wouldn't accept the SIM 1 IMEI number for me so I put the one for SIM 2 which went through, I had an email saying my claim had been accepted a couple of hours later.

IMO opinion Samsung’s have never had a great battery and I don’t expect my S21 Ultra to change that. Most people who have a decent battery performance have some WiFi usage included which doesn’t drain the battery as much as using it purely on the cell signal. One thing I did notice earlier today...

Has anyone tried the dual sim with their S21 Ultra? Mine didn’t work but suddenly worked after a reboot. After about 30 mins it suddenly stopped working and hasn’t worked since. I’m wondering if anyone else has issues?

From what I understand the battery meter on phone's isn't a science and is more of a guess by the system which is why it may appear to go down at different speeds

The only problem I have with it is the size, I pre-ordered and cancelled and bought the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE instead for now....I may look at it again in the future (it'll be discounted before Christmas)

I returned the first one to Carphone Warehouse and sold the second one at a bit of a loss as it was hardly noticeable. Samsung advised me to take it to one of their service centre's or experience stores. I'm not sure they can argue that there's not an issue as a quick Google seems to indicate...

I had mine replaced a couple of weeks ago and the new one is starting to go very slightly again now. I'll let it go a bit further and take it up with Samsung, there's obviously an issue

That's exactly what's happening to my Titanium S7 but at the top which is about a month old.....I have a Black S7 Edge which I got on release day and it's perfect.
