I tried resetting back to factory settings a few times but still no update

Hi all, I'm a long time listener, first time caller! So I bought a HTC One X a while ago second hand that's unlocked back in November and have not so patiently been waiting for the 4.1.1 update as I'm still stuck on 4.0.4 with no sign of the update. It is the international version of the phone...
