So I installed the pro version of AVG and it detected the Control Center as a bad app and recommended I delete it, so I did. I haven't had an ad pop up for a few hours now so it could have been the issue. I also looked at the Control Center app permissions and one of them is "draw over other...

I'm getting the exact same super annoying popups. It's driving me crazy. They keep popping up from every screen. I know some new updates were installed last week and ever since then I've been getting these popups. Has anyone figured out whats going on?
