This just happened to me after I downloaded dynamic notifications. You have to goto settings from the home screen and using two fingers you can scroll down to "accessibility" double tap it to open it, scroll down to "talk back" double tap it and double tap the toggle off. That should be it good...

I have to agree with others my phone is back to working great not sure about battery wise cause I've been using allot of music streaming but have not had any hiccups with signal loss or txt fails. So I'm a fan of the update Sent from my SCH-I535 using AC Forums mobile app

If you goto the "home" screen and pinch the screen with your fingers it will pull up all the screens and you can set which screen you want to be your home page. Hopefully this helps Sent from my SCH-I535 using AC Forums mobile app
