I just did that as you said and it didn't work. I can see on the window that opens when I check the Activity Zone checkbox, that the package size is 0 MB and the RAM memory usage is 0.00 MB, and the Package Data Size is 0.02 MB. So basically it looks like the program isn't even there. But there...

I noticed this problem a few days ago on my new phone. I took it into the AT & T store and they had no clue. Glad to see there is a fix. Waiting for the 719MB download to finish. Fingers crossed!
