AT&T upgrade policy (correct me if I am wrong) has been for quite a while a combination of # or months with current phone & how much you spend per month. For example, if you spend on minutes, messaging, data & other additional features, you'll be eligible for upgrades and, as more time goes on...

It seems excessive to limit it so much. But I think its not all Motorola: AT&T loads it with their own software garbage that, personally, should be allowed to be uninstalled without hacks, unlocking, etc. But 1.4 GB is more than enough space for apps. Certainly better than my piece of crap...

I said from the start that the laptop dock was pointless. If you want to use a bigger screen, use your regular computer. I just want the kick-ass phone.

I might wait to see if Amazon or elsewhere offer cheaper or the same w/o rebate. $300 up front is steep for me. Let's hope Amazon gets it up again for $150. THAT I can work with.
