I've had my Tab 3 for about 2 years or so and recently when I go to plug it in to charge, it will shut down the tablet, like as soon as the charger is plugged in. I've tried 3 different chargers and they all do the same thing. It also takes forever to give it a full charge but the battery dies...

Wife and I got our Turbos for Christmas. I got the 32GB BN version and the wife got the normal black one. Both of our phones have been amazing. Coming for a horrible Galaxy SIII where the battery wouldn't last more than 3 hours before dying, its been awesome to have a phone still have 50%...

Update is out now!!! Just got it a few hours ago via Kies. Tab seems a little bit faster. Will update if I notice anything else about it.

Still waiting on Tab 3 10.1 wifi update....anybody have any news on it? Can't find anything on the webs about it.

I can't seem to find any info on the update for the 10.1... Seriously, its almost like Samsung is going to leave this tablet in the dust now that they have the Tab 4 series out and everything. Edit: Just chatted with Samsung support and they are clueless to the update release date. Of course.

Have you tried a system restore on it? Settings -> backup and reset -> Factory data reset... This will delete everything off the tablet but it will make it like its a brand new tablet.

Well, it was listed on the release statement back in Feb, that Samsung was going to update the Tab 3.

Anybody have any info at all about the update? I tried chatting with Samsung support earlier today and they knew nothing about it. Every Google search I do results in Note 10.1 updates or the new Tab 4... I love this tablet but would obviously like it to have the latest and greatest.

I seem to have resolved the home button issue by using Nova Launcher instead of TouchWiz. Yeah, I figured the KitKat would take a while to get here but hey, one can dream right? :)

I thought that Kit Kat was made specifically to be able to be run on "lower" end devices, such as ones that have only 500MB of RAM. Unless I'm mistaken...

My download just failed... It got to about 50% or so and then gave an error that said it failed...
