Got mine not long after lunch. Now to figure out how to get rid of, or hide, the damn spam advertising for stuff I don't want on the phone. I would pay $25 extra to avoid all the junk. Looks like a nice phone other than that.

Best Buy is still showing the old Next plans and when I tried to select the same one that I currently have online, it took it, but then said I had to pay $514.50 and send my Note 9 to AT&T. Then, they showed my monthly phone cost to be something like $18 if I recall correctly instead of the $40...

I have bought my last four phones thru Best Buy with no problems, but, Best Buy has not updated its site to reflect the new AT&T Next plans introduced last month. I am currently on the Next new phone every year plan (24 months plan) and that has been replaced with a "Next Up" where one can...

Mine has shipped...AT&T. Says delivery tomorrow. Probably coming from Dallas. Looks like a replay of last year, after all the drama, they shipped and many got them the day before or on the release date.

Last year, when I ordered on line, I had two weeks to mail the old phone back to ATT as I recall. I ordered online again this year.

Works on the Note 8 using the Samsung full sized USB adapter as well. Would not work with a mini adapter. Thanks for the tip!

ATT, finger print, face recog, pin. I played with it a bit last night trying to make it fail. I found that if I activated it but said nothing other than Ok Google and let it time out, then I could not reactivate it unless I used the phone for something else or used a long press to bring it...

mine works with no problem. I had the trouble periodically with my 7E. Usually rebooting the phone would work.

Mine did that one day and I tried all you mentioned...next day it worked perfectly and has done so since.
