I see this question asked fairly often in regards to roms,kernels and whether 2.2,2.3 or 2.3.3 etc and the best I can tell is it ultimately comes down to personal choice. My 2? says play around with where your at til your good an comfortable an bored with flashing applicable roms and recoveries...

Im having the same issue with my battery draining too quickly.

Re: [ROM][WIP] CM7 Port for Optimus S by thekraven 10-17-2011 I ran this rom most of a day before I realized I had the usb media bug and jumped back to my stock rom. Is there a fix for the bug, maybe dirty flash? Not alot of options for the zvd crowd. I will compliment you on your rom other...

I flashed the rom and couldn't receive any service, tried a couple dirty flashes not sure if I got a corrupt file or what.

Re: E-Z Installer! Root, Install Custom Recov, now with installer I've tried repeatedly to access the download on 3 different browsers and none of them can access the webpage for some reason.

Re: [ROM] CleanROM 2.0 - 7/23 - Overclocked, AdBlocked and WiFiTe I was running the 1st edition release of your rom. Running Amon RA recovery. Had a 2nd sdcard laying around, threw it in and dl'd a fresh version, but still had the same issue. Could it be an issue with the way its partitioned?
