(Solved) How to remove invasive 'Opt Out' Pop Ups?
Just had this happen on my galaxy S8+.
As soon as one of the full screen adds pops up hit the recent apps button. Then you can at least see the icon of the app that is causing the problem.
Mine was an edge panel app pretending to be Pandora.
