    Lynnpudas- go to Google play search and type in "Uninstall". Select the app called "Uninstall (ROOT)" with a red icon. You can Uninstall anything with that, including AT&T navigation, and all the crap apps, and bloatware that comes with the phone. Posted via Android Central App

    Try to remember what apps you installed around that time and Uninstall them. I had that problem once, it turned out to be an Xposed module called "flying android" that wouldn't let me make phone calls, which is completely unrelated to making phone calls. Posted via Android Central App
