i have come across this problem as well. i have the mytouch 4g and i have not been able to send a higher quality video even through email. the mms setting changes the quality of the video so drastically it defeats the purpose of having that as a capabilty doesnt it? and has anyone been able to...

had this problem tmobile is very familiar with this problem. i can't remember exactly what was done to fix this but inorder to check you must send a pic to yourself 2 times. if it doesnt work just call them and tell them the problem and it will be fixed within seconds.
