When i used the earphone for the first time it showed me a google page which said " say call followed with a name or number", I closed it then I played an audio file, I tried to adjust the volume but it didn't work, all buttons are not working and mic is not working too, I've tried to connect...

I have bought LG G2 recently and it came with Quadbeat 2 headphones, it work fine but the 3 buttons are not working...they work sometimes with lag then they stop.
