As far as I know, these programs are made only for windows and Linux since most advanced computer users use those OSs, there may be a one click program for Mac, bit I don't know. However one click programs only work on 2.3 and down. These are usually straight forward, click and your done.

What worked for me on my N7, go to wifi>settings>turn off wifi optimization hope I helped

Try a MicroSD to StanderdSD adapter, I've done some android OS hopping (GB,ICS,JB) and I haven't had that problem, if that doesn't work, right click go to proporties and details, and change the name of the song

I kind of agree with you and I kind of don't, on one hand it would be nice to have such a device on the other hand. Google makes more then enough money on their tablets and they don't need to step down to Apple's level of blatantly copying something because there competition makes a lot of money...
