The CSR rep states that they can no longer over-ride shipping. Need supervisor to overide...and there needs to be a reason. I was under the impression that you can only sign up for Jump and not Jump on demand anymore....?? It's very inconsistent and frustrating to the consumer. Oh well...

I noticed in the XL pre-order / shipping thread that there's a lot of XL 128gb processing and shipping. Hopefully the Pixels will ship soon too. Fingers crossed...
