I work at at&t and it doesn't say in the check marks that burn in is something we disqualify. I've actually traded in a couple for customers with no charge backs from corporate.

I like Bixby but it feels too slow for me. I would give it a command and I can do everything it did in a much shorter time period. Maybe this will be ironed out in updates.
