Motherboard problem with certain Samsung note 5 phones. Not a software problem. Unlike what the Samsung support staff on phone told me. Anyway, I've sent the phone back with the service center people. Should get it back 3/4 days.

Spoke to Samsung support. they said it's a bug. They're working on a fix. Couldn't give a time frame. Just now, Samsung service center person landed up. Said, no patch as yet. He'll have to take my phone and replace the motherboard. Let's see. Will keep you'll informed.
