    Hi, Can you please help me, I'm unable to change the setting, it seems like its disabled. I can't drag the icon to allow System UI to Draw Over Other Apps.

    It doesn't work for me. I can't change the System UI to draw over other apps. The icon to drag and allow the change is not working, like disabled. What else can I do? The volume now is right at the middle and totally can't increase. Please help me :)
