    Galaxy S7 Active - Screen Cracked - No Impact! In my pocket!

    Same problem; same answer, from both Samsung and AT&T. Phone less than 30 days old. Was NOT dropped onto hard surface. Previous S3 & S6 lasted for YEARS without any damage. Would be grateful for future posts, advice you might be able to offer. VERY disappointed.
