Re: So I was pretty amazed at the power of my Optimus's camera. (
I just wish our phones had tap-to-focus like my iPod does. I've had a few shots that I thought would come out nicely but I wound up losing to weird lighting.
Just a note: that SlideScreen launcher was discontinued by the developers just under a month ago. Shame, but at least they provided a link to the last released version in that blog post. I'm using it now, it's pretty neat (and very stylish!).
Personally I usually use Zeam. It's pretty...
I'm using the Honeycomb theme from the market, Zeam launcher and a couple little tweaks here and there through CM7's options.
I still wish I could get the camera UI from the Optimus 2X, it's so cool.

Yeah, I had the same problem with UberMusic. I just switched back to interactive to fix it.
Anyway, does anyone know if a pair of headphones with in-built mic will work on this ROM? I'm just asking since I've heard all about...
Re: Drew's CyanogenMod Hacking thread (current build: 07/27/2011)
This I already knew about, yes, but I don't think that would allow me to set up a button to screenshot. I don't know quite how to phrase it, but... I don't think that screenshot function would be implemented as a possible...
Re: Drew's CyanogenMod Hacking thread (current build: 07/27/2011)
Is there any way to assign the now-native Screenshot function to a hardware button?
I'd rather like to put my presently-unused Search button to use for something.
Is there any chance of restoring that ability?
Also, is it at all possible to change the images shown while charging/"Battery Required" image/LG logos at boot? Just curious.
3G coverage is generally pretty good, though for me, in parts of the Bronx (around Parkchester and around Gun Hill Road on the 2 train) and Queens (College Point) data can drop to 1x. Calls usually work fine, though.
Is it at all possible to do this? I have yet to go to Sprint's website and activate the phone, but I figured it might be worthwhile to do the "dirty work" (root, custom recovery, custom ROM) early.
