Started happening to me too on my S5 mini. It started happening after I installed an APK for an app through apk mirror or something. I've deleted the app so hopefully that fixes it.

So either the company I purchased the phone from flashed a different ROM on it or this is not the right ROM. I identified the "T" and it is from T-Mobile. So the boot screen and shutdown screen are T-Mobile screens which weren't there when I got my phone.

Found the right one and downloaded it! The way I found out was by starting my Android into Recovery Mode (since it is stuck in a bootloop) and then I got my PDA number from there. There is only 1 Slovakian firmware with that same PDA. Well wish me luck to reflash :) Btw ironass, do you know...
