i returned my note for now. will probably be getting it back in a little while but i guess i just got a little overwhelmed when it came to it so back to berry for now

i just got a samsung note. new to the android world. its unrooted was wondering if i was still able to download from different sites even though my phone is unrooted still.

i tried doing this for my yahoo.ca email and live.ca email and it didnt work. any ideas why? tried the exact same settings i used for my hotmail email and it wont work

hey all just wanted to introduce myself. going to be getting a samsung note. glad to be part of the android team. coming from a blackberry 9700

sorry to hijack the thread but didnt want to make another unlocking thread. just had a quick question. is unlocking an android more like a blackberry where if u update the os the phone would still be unlocked or more like an iphone where if u unlock and update the os then u have to unlock again?

ohh ok. thanks for the info. im in canada so it would be with rogers lte version (same as at&t i guess) sucks that there is no push on yahoo or hotmail. the led alert doesnt really bother me. as long as i can get it to vibrate wen the emails come in i'll be ok
