    How do I restore a backup to S4 Mini from a Kies backup

    I have a Galaxy Ace which I backed up using Kies. I need to restore this file to the new S4 Mini. The Ace is not supported on any of the Kies sites. I am going crazy trying to do this, please can anyone help? Thank you

    Galaxy Ace is unsupported device when changing phones

    Hi Does anyone know how I can transfer everything from the Galaxy Ace to S4 mini? The Ace is not supported on Kies or Smart Switch (both mobile and PC). It is proving to be more difficult than I anticipated. Thanks
