Hi! Now we have tested the app again, and it works after I had to update the software. Apparently it hadn't been updated for several months. So the issue is solved ;) Thanks for all the help!

It is in a app we use that we have gotten the issue, so it is actually the app screwing with the camera? Do you think it will help deleting the app and downloading it once more?
