Thanks, ozaz. I used a Microsoft tool (Hotmail Connect, I think) to sync Outlook.com to Outlook 2010 on my PC, so I think changes to either sync two ways. Then I set up the Outlook.com on the phone. I'll keep researching and post the answer if I find it.
