For anyone else with Mobile Data (3g) disconnect problems, I set up two Llama events. 1) Trigger: Mobile Data Connection (not connected) - Action: Mobile Data Off 2) Trigger: Mobile Data is Disabled - Action: Enable Mobile Data.
