Thanks for the assistance. Left card in phone did unmount and then just did a mount and now those 2 folders now show with others. Just doesnt make sense why all showed except these 2. I would think all or nothing. Thanks again. IS there something I need do to close thread or show resolved.

Yes I am. Doesn't ask mtp just transfer files. Mtp is not a option.

Have a Moto G7, when connect to pc, SD card drive is shown, open it all files r there except my music and pictures. They r displayed and can open via the phone on the SD card. This was working and just started, no system updates prior to this issue.

I have a android iPad and Android phone both use chrome. Want the bookmarks from my phone to iPad, but did not want to use the same Google account on both devices..why assuming if do that the data for each device is merged and if ever had to recover would get merged data. Or anyone know is each...

I have to assume since no further posts then it is impossible..figures.. another Google non function. Now that day had come got a iPad and want the bookmarks from my phone on iPad. Both Android devices using chrome .so can't backup and move to iPad..great design..iPad is set up with different...

I appreciate the feedback, but without the pc, it is sync'd from the phone, shows 103 bkup'd, they are suppose to be in google.com/bookmarks but not there. Should not need a pc to get back on to phone. Google chrome forums has not been help either, everybody assumes u run chrome on a PC.

Don't use chrome on a PC, another reason need get them in a file for another phone or a backup.

Thanks, I hear ya..was my next step. Only didn't put the blame there only due to worked fine till 8.1 update, but there could be a incompatibility issue now. Process of elimination..

I might agree but worked fine till 8.1 update..is the incompatible now there..could be but not replacing the router it is Comcast's and all there stuff runs off that..cable,phone and inet.

Excellent point..need to try that. As I stated earlier other devices not having a problem. Wife has same phone and same issue. Also thought possible a app both using 360 security.

Thanks, don't use chrome on pc, try to stay as far away from Google as can. From inet searches should be able to do from phone. As I said in post ck chrome shows 103 bkupd up but then should be in Google.com/bookmarks to export but go there and shows none. Google offered the same type...

Thanks tried that and did a reset on network/inet settings...ng..was fine till did that update to 8.1 !

Using Moto g5, since updated to 8.1, Oreo, my phone constantly disconnects while using WiFi, will reconnect ok. Appears like a timer on the connection and always disconnects when phone sleeps. Other devices like PC,windows, not having this issue.

I am trying to export them to a file to be saved, for later import, to another phone or to PC. It is actually ver 8.1 Oreo.
