Yes. It has been erratic lately. Sometimes it's on when it should be off, and sometimes it's off when it should be on. I'm hoping that this will be addressed in the next update.

You might also want to check under Settings > Accessibility > Notification Reminder to see if any of your apps are set to repeat notifications.

I am consistently amazed at how accurately it understands me. (It hears me more clearly than my wife, that's for sure!)

Thanks for the reply. I tried what you suggested, and attempted to add one contact at a time. Unfortunately, it made no difference. I still ended up with the same result: no buddies! If there are any other ideas out there, I sure would like to hear them.

Yep, just got it today, also. Installed smoothly. No obvious effects. I'm quite pleased that Samsung/Verizon are being so prompt with these updates.

Here's one more vote for the Spigen Liquid Crystal. When I put a clear case on, that's the one I use - fits well and feels good in the hand. Good protection against scratches and small bumps. (If you are prone to major phone drops, I'd suggest getting something bulkier, however.)

You can try turning off the notifications for that. Open the Galaxy Apps app, click More, select Settings, then turn off the two notification settings. I waiting to see if that kills the annoying update notices.

That may depend on which browser you are using. I use Chrome on my S7, and can open a new tab for a link by long-pressing on the link and then selecting "Open in new tab" from the pop-up menu. I hope this helps.
