HI Olaf, I had the same problem at first. Apologies if you have already done this. If you go to Settings > Accessability>Smart Sensing>Keep Screen on When Looking. That feature works perfectly for me now. (Again sorry if you have already tried this).

Got mine as soon as it came out. Always used to have Huawei Mate pros until the Google nonsense. In general, delighted with the mobile. Minor bugbears exist. I would love the telephoto to be a little better. I do miss the x10 lens of my old Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. I miss the smart flip case...
