Just gave in and did a factory reset on my G4, and it helped immensely...so far. Stopped the freezing, overheating, and greatly improved battery life.

I have been forced to use a secure messaging app. This app, Startel Secure Messaging, does not have a widget like GoSMS Pro and others provide. Is there any way to build a widget or make something that will provide similar functionality?

Maybe just pull the SD and open it with your computer. Then, you can verify that all of your pics are there, and at the same time copy them onto your hard drive for safety.

Candice, have you tried pulling the battery for a minute or so? That often works in this type of situation.

Why wouldn't the Class 10 work?

I like Nova. I have been using it since I was using a ReZound. I suggest using an app such as HomeSmack, which allows you to easily change to a different launcher. Download the free Nova launcher, which you can easily upgrade later. Try others as well. I have fun trying different launchers.
