    There is one on ebay that's about ready to end that has a broken screen, cracked case and bad imei. With all of that wrong with it, it sold for $280.

    AT&T said that they would allow unlocked phones on their lte network. I think the cost of lte radios maybe one of the reasons behind the lack of lte.
