What happens if I take my sim out of my unlocked S20??? Then it's not tied to a carrier. Will it update over WiFi? 🤔🤔🤔🤔

You don't have to... When I called ATT after I swapped my sim to my new unlocked phone, the night before, the rep said he could see my new IMEI # in the system already, but it would help to finalize "some other stuff" and that I was like "mostly there"... Whatever the hell those vague terms...
