Under settings find the Call icon. Tap that and then tap on section WiFi Calling. Tap on Connection Preferences. Setting which seems to resolve a lot of these issues is Cellular Network Preferred. I have done this and it has resolved a lot of the issues although I am still having "drop outs"...
