    PC companion stuck on preparation

    I have a Z3 and need to back it up as my phone is overheating and I want to do a factory reset. (two issues the fact PC companion is taking ages and secondly is there any way to prevent my phone overheating?)

    Re: Z3 "Could not connect-connection error" on e-mails Hey thanks for the welcome, I tried removing my hotmail account and the orange wheel keeps spinning around when I re-added it and opened it. Tried turning the phone on and off after this and it still not working :(
