    [ROM] [05.25.11] Das BAMF 1.7

Use root explorer or something equivalent. Go to system/media/audio/ui and rename the volume-1.mp3 - volume-7.mp3 files to volume-1.mp3.bak and so on for the seven files. This worked for me, but I'm not sure if theres any adverse affects to changing tthose files. EDIT: Misread the question...

I haven't noticed any font change on 1.6.3 from 1.6.2. Are you running the nte version or remix?

Thanks for all your great roms. I noticed that the sound notifications used when raising /lowering the volume is back. Is this correct?

    BAMF 1.6.2 and 4.4.5 Kernel

Download and flash 4.4.5 from [KERNEL][5.05.11][2.6.32.21] Kernels from Adrynalyne (Now on Kernel Manager!) - xda-developers Apparently the one from kernal manager lite has the wifi problems

    [ROM] [05.25.11] Das BAMF 1.7

I noticed that on both 1.6.1 and 1.6.2 that the call volume is very loud. Changing the volume all the way up and then back down again does fix it, but the problem occurs again after rebooting. Also, video recording doesn't record any sound initially unless you toggle the "record with audio"...

[ROM] [04.19.11] BAMF Remix 1.5 - New base RUU plus more! *UPDATE*

I'm currently running BAMF remix 1.5 with the updated radio. I wanted to switch to the regular BAMF 1.5 and was wondering if I have to wipe data etc., or can I simply flash it without wiping? Also, do I have to flash the updated radio again?

Now that I'm rooted can I use Mobile Hotspot and not be charged?

I am considering rooting my TB so I can use wireless tether on it to connect my Xoom. I've read that wireless tether on some phones only broadcast in ad-hoc, which the Xoom doesn't recognize. Does anyone know if wireless tether on the TB broadcasts in ad-hoc or infrastructure?

    Tethering Options

I'm having issues using PdaNet Bluetooth tether with my Thunderbolt and Xoom. I can get both devices to pair, but cannot get them to connect to each other. Any ideas?

lock screen only with power button

You should try No Lock on the market. Allows you to turn on the screen with the power button and volume rocker without having to swipe down on the screen to unlock. https://market.android.com/details?id=org.jraf.android.nolock&feature=search_result

    Vibrate settings help

I dont want it to always vibrate. I only want it to vibrate when I'm in certain locations(loud places where I can't hear the ringer). I'm just wondering if there's an easier way to make everything vibrate without going into each setting.

    Vibrate settings help

Sorry if this has already been discussed. When I change my ringer volume to vibrate using my volume buttons, I still have a go into the settings for sms text to turn on vibrate. Is there an easier way to turn everything to vibrate in one step?

data plan and activation, pay up front?

I actually just got home from bb. They let me purchase the xoom w/o activating it at all. They just scanned it, I payed for it, and walked out.

Got my xoom!!!! Here is my take on the device (video)

Thanks for info. I ordered a micro hdmi cable last night, but read on engadget and brg reviews tonight that it was a mini hdmi connection. Glad I don't have to cancel my order.
