    Poll: 16GB vs 32GB Edition

Seems like it depends on one's use case. Since we are talking wifi and not LTE, 16 GB is definitely sufficient. I can stream music from my HTC One 32 GB phone... or home laptop... or any wifi in general for free. For those times on a plane, etc, I need some content. 4 HD rips (720p) total...

Good luck with that. My reset worked for me for about a day. Then I got the same lag all over again. My tablet was less than 14 days old, so I just exchanged it. And I am not upgrading to 4.2 again. Sent from my Desire HD using Android Central Forums

A good test is to turn on auto rotate, and rotate the Nexus 90 degrees to see how fast this display changes . With 4.1 .2, the screen rotated in about 1 second. After the update, it can take as long as 6 seconds. So the factory reset I did last night, did not really work that well over time...

First impressions: not so great. My N7 is 10 days old, and I pushed the update myself using adb. I had occasional lock-ups where the screen refused to rotate for minutes (I had auto rotate set to on). I was tempted to return it for a new 4.1.1 version and then not update it until the bugs...

Sweep your finger downward (from the top of the display, but on the right side of the camera) to display a pull-down menu that has the AUTO ROTATE icon. -T

Unless I am imaging things, looks like Bluetooth hot spot (with FoxFi) is improved. With 4.1.2, my N7 Chrome browser had an Internet connection, but not the facebook/twitterl apps. Now those 2 apps do with 4.2. -T EDIT GMail works now too via BT hotspot.

Tethering - What are the advantages of WiFi vs Bluetooth?

Is their service, and they can charge whatever they want because it in the contract. What the problem is we are paying for a certain number of bytes per month... And just because you want to tether to a secondary device, it puts no undo burden on the carrier. So it looks like the carrier is...

On the edge for the 32gb

I was in the same boat as the op. I have a 17 inch laptop and a 4.3 inch HTC Inspire 4G. I was in the market for a large screen phone since the phone display is a bit small. Then i realized that the N7 would give me what I wanted instead of a phone. I use the N7 all the time now for surfing...

    Why can't I find a Nexus 7 without screen lift issues ?

Which number has the C80? Do I look at the p/n, cssn, or ssn? Also, I have the 32gb version. Are these known to have that issue too? Thanks. Sent from my Nexus 7 using Android Central Forums

Tethering - What are the advantages of WiFi vs Bluetooth?

Not sure if this was addressed elsewhere... but I use the Chrome browser and the web version of Google Play (not the app) when I Bluetooth tether. The page even sends the app to my N7 after hitting the Install button. Google Navigator works too... have to long press the map and then navigate...
