    Moved to iOS

It will really depend on your usage pattern. If you use your phone a fair amount, the Pixel XL2 will outlast the iPhone 10 handily, and also the 8+. If on the other hand you're not using it much, the iPhone's standby time is insanely good and it will win. SOT time just search YouTube for...

    Moved to iOS

As a matter of interest, what are some of the apps you use frequently that are better on iOS. Not asking to be a pain. I've heard this before, and while I used an iPhone 6S Plus for a while, and an iPhone 7 plus for a month, I didn't find any apps that I used better. I use Slack, MS Office...

I'm also a former Windows Phone fanboy. How long did you try Android, and what devices, or launchers? The beauty of it is that you can really make it what you want. You want polished, get a launcher like Nova Prime and an icon pack or two so that all the icons have the same shape, you can pick...

Interesting. Samsung's text and email notifications stay there too, as does the Nine Email client if configured to do so. Nine is the best Exchange mobile client in my experience.

    Moved to iOS

Please keep us posted. I was thinking about this after deciding to switch back from the Pixel XL 2 to the Note, and playing with the X at Best Buy. The X' screen is just gorgeous. Hard to believe that Apple can take a Samsung screen and make it even better, but in my view, they did. But then I...

Switching from iPhone 6s to Pixel 2 on T-Mobile

Best Buy's restocking fee is also lower than Verizon's should you decide to return the phone.

    Exactly my sentiments.

    Keyboard

Yeah, those two are the most popular. I think it's worth giving each a try and deciding. I love Swiftkey's predictive typing. But for me it slows me down a bit. Not sure why.

    Keyboard

FWIW, GBoard is considered by most to be the best 3rd party or 1st party keyboard for Android. But if you don't like it, there are many options out there. Android Central had a good article on this earlier this year. https://www.androidcentral.com/best-keyboard-android

Switching from iPhone 6s to Pixel 2 on T-Mobile

I bought a Pixel 2 XL from Verizon and inserted my T-Mobile SIM card from my Note 8. Worked immediately.

    iPhone 6+ to Pixel 2xl

The iPhone X has the nicest screen on the market in my view. Made by Samsung and tuned by Apple. Doesn't get much better than that. But it's still an iPhone and it costs a ridiculous fortune.

    iPhone 6+ to Pixel 2xl

It depends on the build date in my experience. December and later build dates are good.

    iPhone 6+ to Pixel 2xl

I'm biased towards OLED displays. I've preferred them since 2012. So I think it's a far better display than any iPhone other than the iPhone X. But it's a very subjective thing.

    iPhone 6+ to Pixel 2xl

You can reply directly to text messages from your notification drop down, and even when the phone screen is off, and the secondary display is on showing time, etc. In general, Android kills iOS on the notification front because it groups all notifications from one app together. I'm not sure...
