Ok, so I read through this and I have an AT&T S7 Edge and I tested the bluetooth fix. Basically disable bluetooth on the device. I have the app 'IP Tools' which is great. I ran a test first before disabling bluetooth and pinged 8.8.8.8 which is a Google DNS server. I was getting 200-800ms...
